梦东方(00593)委任林至颕为非执行董事、主席
梦东方(00593)公布，由于第1项及第2项建议决议案各自于股东特别大会上已获股东正式通过为普通决议案，故罢免周金女士的公司执行董事、提名委员会主席及公司主席职务;及罢免杨蕾先生的执行董事职务，于通过相关建议决议案后即时生效。
此外，林至颕已获委任为非执行董事、提名委员会主席及公司主席，于股东特别大会结束后生效。
