朝威控股(08059)：汇益国际会计师事务所获委任为核数师
朝威控股(08059)发布公告，中汇安达会计师事务所有限公司已辞任公司核数师，自2023年11月24日起生效，原因为公司与中汇未能就审计集团截至2023年12月31日止年度的综合财务报表的审计费用达成共识。
根据审核委员会的建议，汇益国际会计师事务所有限公司已获委任为公司核数师，自2023年11月24日起生效，任期至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
