JS环球生活(01691)：Solar Blue拟1.77亿元购买九阳豆业25.5001%的股权
JS环球生活(01691)发布公告，于2023年11月24日，九阳(002242.SZ)与Solar Blue订立股权转让协议，九阳已同意出售，而Solar Blue同意以代价人民币约1.77亿元购买九阳豆业25.5001%的股权。出售事项完成后，集团预计将就出售事项取得税前收益约人民币8900万元，九阳将不再拥有九阳豆业任何权益。
于本公告日期，九阳的核心业务为生产及销售家电产品。为更专注于其核心业务并促进长远可持续发展，九阳希望减持其于九阳豆业的股权，以进一步提升内部资源管理及营运效率。出售事项的代价乃基于九阳豆业100%股权的评估价值(远高于其目前的净资产价值)厘定，因此通过出售事项实现其于九阳豆业的投资对集团有利。
