国银金租(01606)：靳涛担任战略决策委员会成员
国银金租(01606)发布公告，于2023年9月25日召开的公司2023年第一次临时股东大会上，靳涛当选为第三届董事会执行董事。经董事会审议通过，靳涛亦获委任为第三届董事会副董事长及公司总裁。
公司于今日获悉，国家金融监督管理总局深圳监管局批准靳涛担任公司总裁、第三届董事会执行董事及副董事长的任职资格。据此，委任靳涛为公司总裁、第三届董事会执行董事及副董事长自2023年11月21日起生效，并至第三届董事会任期届满之日为止。
经董事会审议通过，靳涛于2023年11月21日至第三届董事会任期届满之日止担任第三届董事会战略决策委员会成员、风险管理与内部控制委员会成员及薪酬委员会成员。自2023年11月21日起，黄敏不再履行执行董事、风险管理与内部控制委员会成员及关联交易控制委员会成员职责。
