STERLING GP(01825)授出三泰垫款
STERLING GP(01825)发布公告，于2023年3月31日，集团的其他应收款项约为3050万港元，其中包括集团向三泰作出的垫款约1599万港元(调整预期信贷亏损前)。
于2022年12月15日至2023年10月27日，该集团作出的三泰垫款合共约为3237万港元。就董事作出一切合理查询后所深知、全悉及确信，三泰垫款为免息、无抵押、无固定还款日期及须按要求偿还。
公告称，三泰垫款乃应三泰要求，以及为维持公司、三泰及JPO之间的良好业务关系而作出。
