中关村科技租赁(01601)与山东七河生物订立融资租赁协议
中关村科技租赁(01601)发布公告，于2023年11月24日，该公司作为出租人与承租人I山东七河生物订立融资租赁协议III，出租人将购入承租人I自有租赁资产III，转让价款为人民币700万元;及出租人将租赁资产III租回给承租人I，租赁期为24个月，总租赁款项为人民币742.2万元。在融资租赁协议III项下，总租赁款项包括融资租赁本金为人民币700万元及融资租赁利息收入(含增值税)为人民币42.2万元。
租赁资产III为无孢香菇菌株QH340及其Indel标记指纹图谱鉴定方法等两项专利，为香菇菌种培育和菌棒生产服务的专利技术，账面净值约为人民币1360万元。
订立融资租赁协议为公司部分日常及一般业务，预期将为公司带来稳定收入及现金流。
