港股异动 | 周大福(01929)绩后低开近8% 上半年纯利增超36%至45.51亿港元 派息率约为55%
周大福(01929)绩后低开近8%，截至发稿，跌7.97%，报11.08港元，成交额397.11万港元。
消息面上，周大福发布公告，2024财政年度上半年（2023年4月至9月），营业额同比升6.4%至495.26亿港元。公司股东应占溢利增加36.4%至45.51亿港元，每股盈利0.46港元。董事会宣派中期股息每股0.25港元。2024财政年度上半年派息率约为54.9%。
此外，11月23日，新创建集团有限公司及要约人周大福企业有限公司联合公布，新创建要约已截止，已收到有关约29.26亿股新创建要约股份的新创建股份要约有效接纳，相当于目前新创建集团已发行股本的约74.79%。据悉，新创建集团于今年6月被周大福提出私有化。当时，周大福宣布拟以9.15港元每股收购新创建剩余股份，涉资约350亿港元。
