友联国际教育租赁(01563)高开逾3%，截至发稿，涨3.33%，报1.55港元，成交额146.17万港元。
消息面上，友联国际教育租赁昨日发布截至2023年9月30日止9个月中期业绩，该集团取得收益人民币4.41亿元(单位下同)，同比增加117.25%；公司拥有人应占溢利1.89亿元，同比减少46.09%；每股盈利0.112元。
公告称，期内溢利减少主要由于去年8月取得收购烟台南山学院的一次性议价收购收益约2.705亿元，完成对烟台南山学院的收购后，烟台南山学院的净溢利于集团溢利中综合入账。
