21世纪教育(01598)：中汇安达获委任为新任核数师
21世纪教育(01598)发布公告，于2023年11月8日，董事会决定建议安永会计师事务所辞任公司核数师，原因是董事会与安永会计师事务所未能就审核集团截至2023年12月31日止年度综合财务报表的核数费用达成共识。安永会计师事务所同意辞任公司核数师，自2023年11月22日起生效。
经与审核委员会讨论后，中汇安达会计师事务所有限公司(中汇安达)已获董事会委任为公司新任核数师，自2023年11月23日起生效，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束时为止。
