堃博医疗-B(02216)拟540万元收购杭州精量科学技术100%股权
堃博医疗-B(02216)发布公告，于2023年11月23日，堃博杭州(公司全资附属公司，作为买方)与卖方(Quantum Engineering、苏州耐心、杭州德诺)订立股权转让协议，以总代价人民币540万元收购目标公司(杭州精量科学技术有限公司)的100%股权。
目标公司是一家专注于医疗器材生产加工、软╱硬件开发的专业公司，致力打造创新生产智能制造平台，注重产品，材料，工艺的开发，并着力于医疗器材核心零部件精密加工，并提供医疗器材自动化解决方案。目标公司的团队具有10余年非标自动化设备设计开发经验，目标公司具备智能制造整线设计经验，以及完善的研发及生产基地。
凭借公司在经支气管柔性手术机器人柔性导管产品及光纤导航、软件和算法研发等核心技术优势，相信收购事项可为集团补充机器人控制和驱动系统平台开发等相关技术，让集团得以发挥资源整合的互补优势，并进一步加强其现时提供的呼吸介入诊疗产品的创新实力。
此外，预期收购事项将加强公司的研发能力及效率(尤其是柔性机器人项目)，与公司现有的肺部疾病介入诊疗手段相配合，丰富集团现有产品，进一步打造全生命周期的呼吸介入病学诊疗治疗平台。
