千盛集团控股(08475)：延迟刊发2023年经审核年度业绩
千盛集团控股(08475)发布公告，由于公司核数师需要更多时间收集及审阅必要资料以落实审核，因此，公司预期集团截至2023年8月31日止年度的经审核年度业绩将无法根据香港联合交易所有限公司GEM证券上市规则第18.49条，于2023年11月30日或之前刊发，而集团截至2023年8月31日止年度的年报将无法根据GEM上市规则第18.03条及第18.48A条于2023年11月30日或之前寄发。
根据GEM上市规则第17.49A条，倘公司未能根据GEM上市规则刊发定期财务资料，联交所通常会要求公司证券暂停买卖，而暂停买卖通常会维持有效，直至公司刊发载有必要财务资料的公告为止。
因此，目前预期公司股份将自2023年12月1日(星期五)上午9时正起于联交所暂停买卖，直至公司刊发2023年经审核年度业绩及2023年年报为止。
