TOPSTANDARDCORP(08510)发布公告，由于配售协议的先决条件未能于2023年11月22日前达成，配售协议已告失效，而配售事项将不会进行。根据配售协议，配售代理及公司于该协议项下的所有义务及责任均告停止及终止，且协议各方概不得向另一方提出任何申索。
董事认为，终止配售协议对集团的现有业务营运及财务状况并无重大不利影响。
