泛海酒店(00292)发盈警 预计中期股东应占亏损约3.5亿港元至3.9亿港元
泛海酒店(00292)发布公告，集团预期截至2023年9月30日止6个月的股东应占亏损约3.5亿港元至3.9亿港元，相较2022年相应期间所取得股东应占亏损9600万港元。上述变动主要由于期间内(i)债务证券的预期信贷亏损增加及(ii)财务投资的利息收入减少，惟部分已由酒店业务所带来的更高利润贡献所补偿。
