大唐发电(00991)拟投建呼铝电燃煤自备电厂可再生能源替代工程项目等4个新能源项目 总投资约25.82亿元
大唐发电(00991)发布公告，公司第十一届二十次董事会于2023年11月23日(星期四)以书面形式召开，董事会审议通过《关于投资建设呼铝电燃煤自备电厂可再生能源替代工程项目等4个新能源项目的议案》，同意公司投资建设呼铝电燃煤自备电厂360MW可再生能源替代工程项目、大唐浙江金东源东乡一期100MW光伏复合发电项目、大唐浙江富阳万市扩容37MW光伏复合发电项目、马头热电分公司厂区6.215MW分佈式光伏项目等4个新能源项目，项目总投资约人民币25.82亿元，资本金占总投资的20%。
