海鑫集团(01850)拟更名为“鸿盛昌资源”
海鑫集团(01850)发布公告，根据开曼群岛公司注册处处长发出的更改名称注册证书，建议将公司英文名称由“WINDMILL Group Limited”更改为“HSC Resources Group Limited”，并将公司现有中文名称由“海鑫集团有限公司”替换为“鸿盛昌资源集团有限公司”已自2023年10月26日起生效。注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书已于2023年11月16日获香港公司注册处处长发出，确认根据公司条例(香港法例第622章)第16部于香港注册公司新名称。
公司于联交所买卖股份的英文及中文股份简称将分别由“WINDMILL GP”更改为“HSC RESOURCES”及由“海鑫集团”更改为“鸿盛昌资源”，自2023年11月28日上午九时正起生效。
