港股异动 | 零跑汽车(09863)尾盘涨超4% 股份交割已完成 计划明年三季度向欧洲市场开启交付
零跑汽车(09863)尾盘涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.66%，报36.8港元，成交额3.62亿港元。
消息面上，零跑汽车联席总裁武强表示，零跑汽车和Stellantis合作交易已交割完成，接下来海外布局方面，第一步将进入欧洲市场，预计明年第三季度开始交付，以出口方式将车销往欧洲。
据悉，零跑汽车公告，1.94亿新H股认购已发行予Stellantis集团，公司所得款项总额超85亿港币。据悉，此次增发价格为43.8港元，协议完成后股权架构变为：本公司单一最大股东集团持股23.47%；Stellantis持股21.26%；其他股东持股55.27%。
