港股异动 | 贝壳-W(02423)再涨超4% 一线城市房贷政策进一步放松 明年行业有望企稳
贝壳-W(02423)再涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.94%，报42.25港元，成交额1343.69万港元。
消息面上，11月22日，深圳官宣调整二套住房最低首付款比例。二套住房个人住房贷款最低首付款比例由原来的普通住房70%、非普通住房80%统一调整为40%。易居院总监严跃进认为，此次深圳降低二套房首付比例，是一线城市认房不认贷后的又一个政策放松的版本，说明一线城市房贷政策进一步放松。
方正证券近日表示，“三支箭”将加大力度并均衡发力，“三个不低于”与“白名单”或将正式出台，我们看好2024年成为房地产行业的企稳之年，推荐地产板块。存量房赛道建议关注贝壳-W。
