港股异动 | 建滔集团(00148)涨超5% 行业已过最差时点 涉房企债务减值风险有限
建滔集团(00148)现涨超5%，截至发稿，涨4.59%，报19.58港元，成交额1194.39万港元。
中信证券表示，Q3覆铜板行业需求底部回暖、公司产品涨价，我们判断行业已过最差时点。历史上行业下行周期不超过2年，随着宏观需求增长和地缘关系改善，明年行业景气度或许不会更差。建滔集团为覆铜板全球龙头，预计产能利用率、对下游PCB客户的议价能力好于行业。
该行指出，公司对地产商贷款的解决方案有望在今年明确，从而减少对未来报表的影响。公司PB估值接近历史底部，具备修复空间，今年来继2020年后再次回购，董事长、大股东积极增持，我们看好其底部配置价值。
