中国联塑(02128)尾盘涨近11%，截至发稿，涨10.95%，报4.56港元，成交额5486.99万港元。
消息面上，11月22日，《广州市城中村改造条例（草案修改稿·征求意见稿）》开始向社会各界公开征求意见，将于今年12月下旬进行第三次审议并交付表决。平安证券指出，随着改造细节完善、相关工作稳步推进，预计改造进程有望适度加快。
东莞证券此前指出，政治局会议定调地产新形势，新一轮城中村改造蓄势待发，塑料管材需求有望提振，行业集中度持续提升，利好头部企业市占率提升。天风证券认为，塑料管道板块下游兼具基建和地产，基建端有望受益市政管网投资升温。
