港股异动 | 阳光纸业(02002)盘中涨近5% 与建发浆纸集团达成战略合作
阳光纸业(02002)盘中涨近5%，截至发稿，涨3.79%，报2.74港元，成交额164.42万港元。
消息面上，11月22日，阳光纸业发布公告，建发股份(600153.SH)下属子公司厦门建发浆纸集团(简称：建发浆纸)通过其全资子公司香港纸源有限公司(简称：香港纸源)认购阳光纸业1.62亿股普通股的所有交割条件已获达成，且于股份认购协议项下的交割已于当日完成。交割完成后，建发浆纸全资子公司香港纸源正式成为阳光纸业的第二大股东，持股14.34%。
根据公告，本次认购事项所得款项总额约为4.02亿港元，扣除所有相关费用后，认购事项所得款项净额约为4.01亿港元。公司指出，本次认购将会扩大公司股东基础、增强公司资本基础并改善财务状况，未来，该款项将用于支持公司现有业务的发展，包括成品纸业务及高端包装纸业务。
