港股异动 | 旭辉永升服务(01995)涨超18%领涨物管股 地产信用风险缓释 物业关联方应收款偿付保障性提升
物管股早盘随内房股走高，截至发稿，旭辉永升服务(01995)涨17.89%，报1.45港元；融创服务(01516)涨13.33%，报2.55港元；合景悠活(03913)涨8%，报0.54港元；世茂服务(00873)涨6.87%，报1.4港元。
消息面上，近日，关于房企融资的消息不断。中央决策层重点强调“一视同仁满足不同所有制房企合理融资需求”； 央行等三部门召开座谈会强调支持房地产融资等。分析人士称，非国有房企融资环境或进一步改善。
光大证券指出，前期受地产信用风险影响，物管股风险溢价升高，板块估值明显回调。国家从供需两端综合施策着力稳定房地产市场，有助于改善行业经营，缓解现金流压力，物业关联方应收款偿付保障性提升，应收款减值对利润的影响有望缓解。
