港股异动 | 中国华融(02799)午前涨近8% 拟更名为“中信金融资产” 公司近期动作频繁
中国华融(02799)午前涨近8%，截至发稿，涨5.26%，报0.4港元，成交额1448.66万港元。
消息面上，11月15日，中国华融发布公告称，拟将公司简称由“中国华融”变更为“中信金融资产”，并变更司徽。当日其他三份公告显示，中国华融聘任徐炯炜为副总裁，徐此前担任中信建投投资董事长；拟斥资136.27亿港元收购中信股份5.01%股份；已完成5家牌照类附属公司的股权出售。标普称，中国华融更名不影响信用评级。
此外，中国华融近期斥30.1亿元接手招商公路5.776%股份；向中国融创旗下上海亚龙项目公司提供34.8亿元借款；挂牌处置深圳皇庭地产等3家公司债权资产，总额约82.22亿元。
