保德国际发展(00372)发盈喜 预计中期取得净溢利不多于约2.86亿港元 同比扭亏为盈
保德国际发展(00372)发布公告，与2022年同期的亏损约9700万港元相比，集团预期于截至2023年9⽉30日止6个月将取得净溢利不多于约2.86亿港元, 扭转集团于2022年同期的亏损状况。董事会认为预期转亏为盈主要是由于集团于AFC Mercury Fund的投资按公平值计入损益的公平值变动而产生的净收益。
