国银金租(01606)与瓜州昊华新能源电力订立融资租赁安排
国银金租(01606)发布公告，公司作为出租人与承租人(瓜州昊华新能源电力有限公司)于2023年11月22日订立融资租赁安排，公司作为买方与承租人及卖方(广东中梁建筑工程有限公司)订立转让合同，以代价人民币9.14亿元受让承租人与卖方就交易标的订立的供货合同项下承租人的权利义务，向卖方购买租赁物，及公司作为出租人与承租人订立融资租赁合同，同意向承租人出租租赁物，租赁期为216个月。租赁物指位于中国甘肃省的太阳能发电设备。
