智欣集团控股(02187)拟在海南省昌江投资尾矿综合利用及各类建材生产项目
智欣集团控股(02187)公布，于2023年11月22日，公司间接全资附属瑞图明盛与管委会签订投资合同，据此瑞图明盛有条件同意在中国海南省昌江投资尾矿综合利用及各类建材生产项目，总投资额为人民币3.5亿元。
据悉，该项目为涉及尾矿综合利用的固体废物加工项目，预计尾矿年处理量约为500万吨，并可生产各类建筑材料，包括每年约200万吨粗骨材、140万吨机制砂、125万吨尾泥及35万吨分拣铁矿。 该项目的建设期约为24个月，预计将于2023年3月或前后动工，并于2026年3月或前后完工。该项目拟建在瑞图明盛于本公告日期拥有的一幅自有土地之上，位于海南(昌江)清洁能源高新技术产业园内的叉河循环经济产业示范区。
董事会认为，投资合同为集团提供加强其于固体废物加工业的业务并为本集团赚取额外收益的机会。依托集团的能力及优势，该项目完成后，该集团将能够形成一条从尾矿综合利用到该项目所产生建材生产及销售的额外产业链，从而推动集团全产业链有序拓展。董事会对固体废物加工的未来发展及前景持乐观态度，并认为该项目将丰富集团的业务生产链组合。
