心动公司(02400)已回购本金总额为4540万美元的可换股债券
心动公司(02400)发布公告，内容有关公司发行价值2.8亿美元于2026年到期的1.25%可换股债券，截至2023年11月22日，公司已回购本金总额为4540万美元的可换股债券，占原已发行可换股债券本金总额约16.21%。上述已回购可换股债券的回购由公司及其附属公司内部资源拨资。董事会认为，上述已回购可换股债券的回购将不会对公司财务状况造成重大影响。董事会相信，回购及随后注销已回购可换股债券体现了公司对其长期业务前景的信心，亦可增加公司股东的回报。
公司预计将尽快注销已回购可换股债券。截至本公告日期，概无换股权已由持有可换股债券的债券持有人行使。本金总额为2.346亿美元的可换股债券将维持尚未行使，占原已发行可换股债券本金总额约83.79%。
