中国东方航空股份(00670)向控股股东中国东航集团进行200亿元的永续债权融资
中国东方航空股份(00670)发布公告，2023年11月21日，公司与公司控股股东中国东方航空集团有限公司(中国东航集团)签订《永续债务协议》，公司向公司控股股东中国东航集团进行人民币200亿元的永续债权融资，期限为3+N年，年利率为2.95%，永续债期限内，利率不进行跳升或调整。
融资金额将用于公司置换到期债务、补充流动资金，以及适用的法律、法规允许的其他用途。
