农业银行(01288)：3亿美元浮息绿色票据预计将于11月23日上市
农业银行(01288)发布公告，该行已向香港联合交易所有限公司申请中国农业银行股份有限公司伦敦分行于150亿美元中期票据发行计划项下发行的票据(于2026年到期3亿美元浮息绿色票据)以仅向专业投资者发行债务的方式上市及交易。票据的上市及交易许可预计将于2023年11月23日开始生效。
此外，票据还有意获准在伦敦证券交易所的国际证券市场(国际证券市场)进行交易。票据在国际证券市场的获准交易预计于2023年11月23日开始生效。
