吉利汽车(00175)授出约5.784亿份认股权
吉利汽车(00175)公布，于2023年11月22日，该公司向合资格参与者授出约5.784亿份认股权，待彼等接纳认股权后，将赋予彼等权利认购合共约5.784亿股公司股本中每股面值0.02港元的新股份。认股权的行使价为每股股份9.56港元。
其中，5150万份认股权已授予集团的五名董事及最高行政人员，余下约4.055亿认股权已授予集团1905名僱员、5331万份认股权已授予公司附属公司15名董事，以及6815万份认股权已授予252名关联实体参与者。
