国银金租(01606)拟11亿元出租海上风电设备资产于新能海力
国银金租(01606)发布公告，公司作为出租人与承租人于2023年11月22日订立融资租赁合同，出租人以代价人民币11亿元向承租人购买租赁物，及出租人同意向承租人出租租赁物，租赁期为180个月，租赁利息于租赁期内总额共计约人民币4亿元。
租赁物为位于中国江苏省的海上风电设备资产。租赁物的评估值共计约人民币11.67亿元。承租人不单独核算租赁物的税前及税后利润。
承租人为江苏新能海力海上风力发电有限公司(新能海力)，其最终实际控制人为江苏省新能源开发股份有限公司(603693)，位于中国江苏省的国有企业，其主要从事海上风电场项目开发、风电场工程建设、风电场运营、电力销售等业务。
公告称，融资租赁合同乃由公司于一般及日常业务过程中订立。公司与承租人订立融资租赁合同，有益于增加公司融资租赁业务收入，符合公司业务发展策略。
