新世纪集团(00234)发布中期业绩，股东应占溢利2563万港元，同比扭亏为盈
新世纪集团(00234)发布截至2023年9月30日止6个月中期业绩， 收入4377.2万港元，同比增长50.84%;公司拥有人应占溢利2563万港元，而去年同期取得亏损862.5万港元;每股基本盈利0.44港仙。
据悉，收入增加乃主要由于放债业务所赚取的利息收入增加143.4万港元至3597.2万港元及就上市股权投资确认的公平价值亏损大幅减少1833.2万港元至24.7万港元，但部分收入增加被从上市股权投资收取的股息收入减少517.6万港元至13.1万港元所抵销。
