港股异动 | BC科技集团(00863)回落逾7% 币安及其CEO认罪 加密货币行业近期面临严格审查
BC科技集团(00863)此前数日连续拉升，今日盘中回落逾7%，截至发稿，跌3.12%，报6.52港元，成交额1775.2万港元。
消息面上，加密货币行业近期面临美国司法部、其他政府机构和立法者严格审查。根据美国司法部与币安达成的和解协议，币安及其CEO赵长鹏认罪，币安同意支付43亿美元的罚款；美国司法部最近在纽约起诉FTX联合创始人SBF，指控其策划了数十亿美元的挪用客户资金，并导致该加密货币交易所倒闭。
据悉，BC科技此前发布公告称，旗下OSL为华赢证券提供独家数字资产服务。此外，公司将向加密投资者刘帅推出的BGX机构发1.876亿新股集资7.13亿港元，相当现有股本约42.79%。认购人刘帅是深圳前海君创基金管理有限公司的创办人。据中国证券监督委员会深圳监管局披露消息，2022年深圳证监局对深圳前海君创基金违规事宜进行通报，公司及涉事法人刘帅均被出具警示函。
