消息面上，香港联交所资料显示，10月19日至11月10日，控股股东中盈国际控股集团有限公司累计7次减持巴克1798集团。合计减持约1.52亿股。最新持仓比例降至15.36%。
此外，巴克1798集团此前发布的中期业绩显示，上半年该公司收益1.02亿港元，同比增长133.2%；净亏损92.6万港元，同比收窄94%；每股基本亏损0.25港仙。期内亏损减少主要由于游艇业务收益增加所致。
