港股异动 | 亚洲电视控股(00707)跌超14% 被提清盘呈请 因未能结清欠款本息7100万港元
亚洲电视控股(00707)跌超14%，截至发稿，跌11.11%，报0.024港元，成交额130.72万港元。
消息面上，亚洲电视控股昨日公布，公司接获自中国香港特别行政区高等法院发出，由FCG Venture Limited Partnership Fund(呈请人)提起有关香港法例第32章公司(清盘及杂项条文)条例的呈请，内容有关公司可能被高等法院以公司无力偿还债务为由清盘。
据悉，该呈请涉及公司未能结清欠款7100万港元连同利息直至全数支付，即未偿还本金5000万港元及应计利息2100万港元连同利息直至全数支付。公司将与呈请人磋商，以于庭外和解该呈请，并向高等法院申请认可令。
