世茂集团(00813)午后急涨超13%，截至发稿，涨10.45%，报0.74港元，成交额1367.26万港元。
消息面上，世茂集团近期公告，截至2023年10月31日止10个月，集团的累计合约销售总额约为人民币375.8亿元，同比减少48.51%；集团的累计合约销售总面积为254.78万平方米。截至2023年10月31日止10个月的平均销售价格为每平方米人民币14751元。
此外，近日有媒体报道，监管机构正在起草一份房企白名单，进一步改善对房地产行业的融资支持，共有50家国有和民营房企被列入白名单。国金证券表示，监管层频繁表态表明对于持续维护房企信贷、债券、股权等重点融资渠道稳定的决心，预计后续各金融机构对房地产业融资的支持力度有望加大，更多金融支持房地产的政策有望落地。
