港股异动 | 通达集团(00698)现跌超15% 近两日回吐月内全部涨幅 公司称出售业务分部仍处磋商阶段
通达集团(00698)昨日收跌逾12%，今日一度跌超18%，近两日回吐月内全部涨幅。截至发稿，跌14.49%，报0.118港元，成交额894.44万港元。
消息面上，通达集团发布公告，得悉公司股价近期于联交所出现不寻常波动。经作出查询后，董事会确认，除下文披露者外，并不知悉有关该等股价变动任何原因或任何须予披露以避免公司证券出现虚假市场之资料，其亦不知悉任何根据香港法例第571章证券及期货条例第XIVA部须予披露内幕消息。
公告称，公司一直就可能出售集团若干业务分部与一名潜在买家进行讨论。于本公布日期，订约方仍正就可能出售事项的条款及条件进行磋商，尚未订立具法律约束力的协议。
