建中建设(00589)发布公告，施荣怀、黄灌球及朱地武因其他工作安排已提呈辞任独立非执行董事，从2023年11月21日起生效。
于施荣怀、黄灌球及朱地武辞任后，董事会由三名执行董事及三名非执行董事组成，因此，独立非执行董事以及审核委员会、薪酬委员会及提名委员会各自成员人数低于上市规则第3.10(1)条、3.21条、3.25条及3.27A条所规定的最低人数。
