港股异动 | 易点云(02416)高开逾6% 拟使用最多2000万港币实施股份购回
易点云(02416)早盘高开逾6%，截至发稿，涨6.27%，报8.31港元，成交额27.01万港元。
消息面上，易点云公告，公司董事会认为，现时公司股份的交易价格水平并未充分反映公司的相关价值。因此，视市场情况，董事会拟根据回购授权的行使规定，使用最多达2000万港币实施拟议股份购回。任何于拟议股份购回中购回的股份都将被注销。
据悉，易点云于近期独立自研了智能再制造机器人，并预期投入3500万元用于智能再制造产线的研发。截至2023年6月30日，拥有约45000家活跃企业客户及约115万台在服务设备。
