兴泸水务(02281)发布公告，廖星樾因工作变动，故提呈辞去公司执行董事及总经理的职务;陈兵因决定投放更多时间于彼之其他业务承担，故提呈辞去公司非执行董事的职务，且不再担任公司董事会战略委员会成员;及喻龙因工作变动，故提呈辞去公司非执行董事的职务，且不再担任公司董事会提名薪酬委员会成员。董事辞任将于建议委任董事获公司将召开的临时股东大会批准后当日生效。
于2023年11月21日，于第二届董事会第十四次会议上，陈棋楠获提名为第二届董事会执行董事;徐飞获提名为第二届董事会非执行董事;及张光惠获提名为第二届董事会非执行董事。建议委任董事将于临时股东大会上以普通决议案提呈以供股东审批。建议委任董事的任期将自临时股东大会通过之日起至第二届董事会任期届满之日。
