阿尔法企业(00948)发盈警 预期中期业绩同比盈转亏至不超过2500万港元
阿尔法企业(00948)公布，该集团预期截至2023年9月30日止6个月取得不超过2500万港元的亏损，而2022年同期溢利约2050万港元(包括持续经营业务及已终止经营业务)。
公告称，预期业绩盈转亏主要由于收入较去年同期有重大减少，乃主要由于奶粉的销量减少所致;去年同期就以零代价认购954.162万股Bubs Australia Limited股份确认约2540万港元的非经常性采购折扣，而期内并未确认该折扣;通过计量Bubs股份于2023年9月30日的公平价值，确认按公平价值计入损益的金融资产的公平价值变动而产生的未变现亏损约320万港元。
