各位见闻的朋友们，大家好，我是袁骏，欢迎来到我的大师课《宏观变局下的应对之道》。
上期课程我们复盘了人民币第一次汇改，正是2005年人民币第一次汇改之后，中国市场全面接轨全世界，掀开了大时代的帷幕。
而到了第二次的人民币汇率改革，时间跨度已经到了2015年。从2005年到2015年的十年间，中国经历了天翻地覆的变化。人民币也持续升值，一直到2013年末、2014年初这波升值浪潮才结束。这个拐点的发生其实可以追溯到2009年的四万亿刺激计划，那段时间房地产市场迅速发展，到2011年中国开始出现一些鬼城现象，比如鄂尔多斯等地大规模新城建起却没有人购买。
然后中国政府意识到问题了——过度的基础设施投资和过度的房地产投资。于是从2013年开始，央行收紧了货币政策，导致了“钱荒”的出现，这是中国历史上少见的......
