港股异动 | 内房股全线高开 融创中国(01918)涨近7% 传监管层正起草50家房企融资白名单
内房股全线高开，截至发稿，融创中国(01918)涨6.87%，报2.49港元；新城发展(01030)涨6.35%，报1.34港元；龙湖集团(00960)涨5.99%，报13.8港元；碧桂园(02007)涨3.9%，报0.8港元；雅居乐集团(03383)涨3.7%，报0.84港元；万科企业(02202)涨3.68%，报8.17港元。
消息面上，市场消息称，监管机构正在起草一份中资房地产商白名单，可能有50家国有和民营房企会被列入其中，在列的企业将获得包括信货、债权和股权融资等多方面的支持，这一名单较今年年初具有系统重要性优质房企的范围有所扩大。
此外，融创中国昨日晚间发布公告称，公司境外债务重组各项条件已获满足，于2023年11月20日起正式生效。这意味着融创成为首家完成境内外债务重组所有流程的大型房企。融创中国方面透露，伴随重组生效，融创整体化解约900亿元人民币的债务风险。
