地产股债齐升，融创中国涨超18%，A股港股双双高开
11月21日周二，A股三大指数集体高开。沪指开盘报3074.83点，涨0.21%。深成指开盘报10050.48点，涨0.28%。创业板指开盘报2001.07点，涨0.41%。
盘面上，租售同权、房地产开发及服务、物业管理、培育钻石等板块涨幅居前，中船系、一体化压铸、光刻机、存储芯片等板块跌幅居前。
港股今日高开，截至发稿，恒指、科指均涨逾1%。
地产股债齐升。融创中国涨超18%，龙湖集团涨超8%，万科企业涨超6%，碧桂园涨超9%。A股三湘印象、电子城涨停，深振业A、新城控股、大龙地产、金地集团等纷纷走强。交易所地产债盘初走高，“20龙湖04”涨逾8%，“21金地03”涨逾6%。“20龙湖02”涨逾4%，“22龙湖03”涨逾3%。
