中国天然气(00931)股份简称拟更改为“中国港能”
中国天然气(00931)发布公告，继股东于2023年11月3日举行的股东特别大会上通过一项内容有关更改公司名称的特别决议案后，公司的英文名称已由“China LNG Group Limited”更改为“China HK Power Smart Energy Group Limited”，且公司已采用双重外文名称“中国港能智慧能源集团有限公司”。
自2023年11月23日上午9时正起，公司于香港联合交易所有限公司买卖股份的英文股份简称将由“CHINA LNG”更改为“CHINA HK POWER”，而中文股份简称将由“中国天然气”更改为“中国港能”。公司于香港联交所的股份代号维持不变，仍为“00931”。
