阜博集团(03738)根据股份奖励计划授出约713.59万股奖励股份
阜博集团(03738)发布公告，于2023年11月20日，公司根据股份奖励计划向21名承授人授予合共约713.59万股奖励股份，包括向6名董事授予的约50.66万股奖励股份及向15名雇员参与者授予的约662.92万股奖励股份。
公告称，股份奖励计划旨在表彰及奖励若干合资格参与者为集团的成长及发展作出的贡献，并通过给予激励以挽留该等人士，从而使集团能够持续营运及发展，并吸引合适人才，促进集团的进一步发展。
