COOL LINK(08491)发布公告，该公司建议透过按认购价每股0.335港元供股2.99亿股供股股份，并以合资格股东于记录日期每持有1股股份获配3股供股股份为基准(假设于记录日期或之前的公司已发行股本并无变动)，筹集最多约1.002亿港元(未扣除开支)。认购价每股0.335港元较11月20日收市价每股0.47港元折让约28.7%。

于2023年11月20日(交易时段后)，该公司与配售代理订立配售协议，配售代理已有条件同意作为公司代理(本身或透过其分配售代理)按竭诚基准促使独立承配人认购未认购供股股份及不合资格股东未售出供股股份。
