天图投资(01973)发布公告，于2023年11月20日，该公司的间接全资附属公司深圳兴宜、上海悦鲲及爱分类订立投资协议，深圳兴宜有条件同意向上海悦鲲作出本金额为3562.5万美元等值人民币的投资。深圳兴宜可选择根据投资协议的条款将其投资转换为投资爱分类。
公司的主要业务为担任私募股权投资者及基金管理人。是项投资乃该公司投资爱分类及上海悦鲲的良机，将可让该公司透过向其境内联属经营实体上海悦鲲作出股权投资而锁定于爱分类的投资配置。
爱分类乃以消费者为主导的企业，为该公司作为私募股权投资者及基金管理人所属行业及领域范围内的投资目标。投资的条款(包括上海悦鲲及爱分类的投前估值)乃由深圳兴宜与上海悦鲲经参考(其中包括)上海悦鲲的过往财务表现、业务营运的预期增长潜力及近期市况后按公平基準釐定。
