龙源电力(00916)拟聘任中审众环为2023年度中国核数师
龙源电力(00916)发布公告，根据公司2023年度中国核数师招标结果，董事会在取得董事会审计委员会的推荐意见后，决议建议聘任中审众环会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)为公司2023年度中国核数师，聘任期限自股东于股东大会批准之日起至2023年度股东大会结束时止。2023年度中国核数师的审计费不超过人民币1300万元(含1300万元)，同时将提请股东大会授权董事会审计委员会在审计范围、内容等变更导致超出决议案确定的费用上限的情形下根据实际情况调整并确定具体费用。
公司塬中国核数师大华会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)(大华)的任期已于公司2022年度股东大会结束时届满。
