启明医疗-B(02500)：胡定旭获委任为董事长
启明医疗-B(02500)发布公告，于2023年11月20日，(i)曾敏为公司未来发展，请辞公司执行董事及董事会董事长，自公司将于2023年12月15日召开的临时股东大会结束起生效;及(ii)訾振军亦为公司未来发展，请辞公司执行董事、总经理及授权代表，自2023年11月20日起生效。曾先生及訾先生作为公司的联合创始人，将继续支持公司的长远发展。
董事会宣布，提名林浩昇及马力乔各自为第二届董事会执行董事职位候选人。
随着曾先生辞任，董事会进一步宣布，胡定旭已获委任为董事长，自公司将予召开的临时股东大会结束起生效。
随着訾先生辞任，董事会进一步宣布，根据上市规则第3.05条，柳美荣已获委任为公司授权代表，自2023年11月20日起生效。
随着訾先生辞任，董事会进一步宣布，林先生已获委任为公司总经理，自2023年11月20日起生效。林先生于获委任为公司总经理后，将不再担任公司联席首席执行官。
