龙源电力(00916)与国家能源集团订立综合产品和服务购销框架协议
龙源电力(00916)发布公告，鉴于现行综合产品和服务购销框架协议将于2023年12月31日到期，董事会已于2023年11月20日议决及批准与国家能源集团公司订立综合产品和服务购销框架协议。根据综合产品和服务购销框架协议，集团同意向国家能源集团提供产品和服务，国家能源集团亦同意向集团提供产品和服务。综合产品和服务购销框架协议需经双方授权代表签字并加盖公章、公司股东大会批准后生效，有效期自2024年1月1日至2026年12月31日止。
截至2024年12月31日、2025年12月31日及2026年12月31日止年度，集团向国家能源集团提供产品和服务的建议年度上限分别为人民币约40.3亿元、42.76亿元、46.64亿元;国家能源集团向集团提供产品和服务的建议年度上限分别为人民币约74.84亿元、73.6亿元、74.44亿元。
